BRP 341071 Cover, Primer Solenoid (341071)

A primer solenoid is an electric valve that creates pressure in the fuel lines so that fuel flows to the carburetor. The COVER, PRIMER SOLENOID 341071, is an assembly for primer solenoid. The cover has two tiny hose barbs on the primer solenoid cover/caps used to inject primer gasoline into the top of the carbs. If one is damaged, it spills fuel inside the cowling and, worse, will reduce the flow to the other barb and the carburetor. The COVER, PRIMER SOLENOID 341071, is a perfect replacement for the damaged solenoid cover. The replacement cover is from premium-grade plastic that can withstand the elements in the marine environment.
